Is this possible?! I have been having the most difficult time with weight loss the past months. I finally think I am getting it right and lost 1 lb. Still though 1 lb in 6 months :(....I was not counting every calorie that went into my mouth and was not weighing, so it was totally my fault.

Well I have a Vegas trip July 19th and I would like to get my ish together. Please give me some motivation and maybe any tips that you have to be consistent at losing 1 lb a week.

Today is just one of those days for me where I am just down, not motivated and think I cannot do it.

  • YOU CAN DO THIS GIRL.

10lbs is nothing, people have 100+ lbs to lose and they manage to do it! It's harder for you because your body is (I'm assuming?) already very close to it's healthiest weight. What always helps me is reminding myself that if I quit now because results are taking so long to show, it's just going to take me even LONGER when I eventually start up again in a few months time.. As I'll probably be another 5/10lbs heavier. It is a slow process, but quitting will not speed it up!

Monitor your calories, log everything that goes into your mouth. Another thing that's also been helping me lately is really focusing on my gym routine. Step up the cardio, I really like the "30 day shred" - you can find it on YouTube without having to pay.
We all have those days, but remember that it's part of the hurdle and if it was easy everybody would look like supermodels.
If you give up now you'll look back to this time and wish more than anything that you stuck it out.
I believe in you :) feel free to add me!
