Great topic!
I fit into the airplane seats with no extension.
I wear a bra with no extension.
I am not afraid to sit in a beach chair.
I post my weight for my fitness group to see, sometimes.
I have inspired at least 4 other teachers at work to workout with me! Biggie...they say I am their inspiration!! who would have known.
I am not snoring anymore, and I am not waking up from hearing myself snore.
I make a mean chicken/turkey meatloaf :-)
Not necessarily shopping for all my clothes in the plus sizes. Down 4 sizes.
Can out-walk my skinny in-laws. :-)
Made a huge group of new friends, all their lives revolve around getting fit too!
Loving all the changes, there are so many more but this is a good start. :flowerforyou:0 -
- I fit in chairs better
- I sweat WAY less
- Tying my shoes seems much easier
- Looking over my shoulder while backing up my car is easier
- People acting differently around me
- My 7 year old doesn't recognize old pics of me
- People telling me that I inspire them
- All of my clothes make me look like a clown
- No more need for blood pressure medicine
- I feel better about myself
- I was able to do a 2 mile father/daughter mud-run with ease
***my personal favorite*** - I have a MUCH better view of my penis....0 -
-I wear more make up now
-brush my hair more
- care about how I look more
-I have more choices in clothes rather than the same 4 tops I would constantly wear
- I dont hide in my house as much anymore......... I work from home and I also home-school my son so I rarely ever needed to go out which was great for me when I was heavier as I didnt need to face ppl as much Now I take my son more fun places and actually like going to the store.
ETA: Hubby says I dont snore as much lol0 -
