Hello all. I have been using this site for nutritional info for quite some time, but have never used the diet & exercise journal for whatever dumb reason. After dropping 30 lbs, I hit a plateau, so I took a two week break and started again this week, including the journal.

Am I the only guy on this website (besides "Mike" that is)?

    There are quite a few guys on here.
    The ladies tend to be the most talkative.
    But there are a few of us outspoken guys too.
    Good luck and this site offers not just support but helpful advice.

    welcome I am new also but i am a female. I have seen alot of guys on here and got some really good support and ideas from them. i am getting addicted to this site, it is really keeping me focused this time. welcom and i wish u great success :smile:
