Tomato/Mozzerella Salad

I just tried a great salad recipe that could quickly become a lunch staple for me!
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 med tomato, sliced
1/4 low moisture, part skim shredded mozzerella cheese
1 tsp basil (fresh or dried)
Put the oil on a plate and then arrange the tomato slices in the oil. Top with mozzerella and basil.
That's it! I only used 1/2 tbsp of oil since a full tbsp has 14 grams of fat!!! :-O One medium tomato should give you about 5 slices. And the basil along with the oil gives it a distinct taste. I love it!
