i really need a few low calorie (under 150) snack ideas for in between meals

Aim for snacks which include fat and protein as these should keep you more full. e.g.
Apple slices with peanut butter
Veggie sticks with hummus
Cheese sticks
Greek yoghurt
Boiled eggs
Jerky
