Anyone on it? I had to start taking it as part of the pain management for Fibromyalgia. Does it make you really sleepy?

The sleepy side effect will wear off over time as your system gets use to it. It can come back with dosage adjustments and at times when you're generally more tired than your normal. The best thing you can do to combat it is keep a regular sleep/wake schedule, avoid things like caffeine if possible, and take your meds as close to the same time of day as possible. I was an ARNP working in a PM&R practice for years before I retired if that means anything to you toward my reply.0

I had a really bad experience with it. Made me very tired and zombie like and overall made me feel more depressed than I had been at the time. Good luck!0

The tired part I have. The zombie part, a little. A few pick me ups will fix that asap.0
