Cooked Basmati Rice?

I'm eating Laila Basmati Rice, I can only find the nutritional information for it Uncooked, which I know is inaccurate as rice tends to puff up when cooked.
Any help?
My mum just cooks it with water, and she doesn't drain the water out (I know some people do)

The nutrition info will be essentially the same, but 1 cup cooked is about equal to 1/4 cup raw. Rice typically expands 3-4 times its raw volume when cooked.0

Look for the 'white rice cooked' entries without asterisks and use those... should come in grams or cups (but really, use grams if you can).0

It's the other way 'round - weight it uncooked and use uncooked numbers from the database.
"Puff up" is just the rice absorbing water. Because water is so heavy, "cooked" values have much more error in the number because not everybody cooks to the same level of water absorption.0 -
