Anything by Anabolic Frolic is a good bet! Techno in general is my music of choice. I am a huge fan of Daft Punk and ENomine as well as DJ liquid and others. Faithless is another good techno artist. Of course the Chemical Brothers and Crystal Methods are must-haves on my playlist.

I like the Red Hot Chili Pepper's version of Rollar Coaster of Love among several of their own original sons like "Other Side" and "Give it Away Now"
Flo Rida and T-Pain "Low" is a real great one!
Placebo - Lick the Pavement and Sucker Love
    Apartment 26 - Stupid World
Anything Hip-hop about sexy women or having fun

*E* OH! AND ALSO FREEZEPOP! SUPER SPRODE IS AN AWESOME WORKOUT SONG.

My all time favorite song to start a run to is "Unstoppable" by Kat DeLuna. If you don't know it... Get it. :)
  • All Black Eyed Peas, Cowboy Cassanova from Carrie Underwood, Stuck like glue from Sugarland, I have a really good Bon Jovi/techo mix as well. Still searching for more songs!

Eye of the tiger by Survivor
  • I love anything by Blues Traveler, rock harmonica really is fun to hear while working out. I have a crazy mix on my player while I'm on the treadmill, everything from Black Crows to Bette Middler, Pink to Clapton.

I prefer to walk at home, with the headphones on singing at the top of my lungs while trying to keep breath. Not the best sound in the world but it really gets my lungs going in the morning....maybe that's why the dogs cry when I am on the treadmill.

"Pump Up the Jam" Glee Cast version was the first song I heard when I started my run today. Got it off to a great start! Off the top of my head, I'd say my all-time perennial favorite that never fails to get me moving with a smile is "Brick House". OW, she's mighty, mighty, jus' lettin' it all hang out.

I love Motley Crue to workout to especially:
    Bitter
    Enslaved
    Girls, Girls, Girls
    Kickstart my Heart
    Dr. Feelgood
    Wildside
    Same Ol' Situation
Don't Go away Mad( Just Go Away)
    Smokin' in the boys room
    Too Fast For Love
    Shout at the Devil

Pretty much their whole greatest hits album. If I need more I listen to Shinedown or Deathklok. Loud and fast rock seems to get me pumped.
