is it bad to go over your fiber

I seem to go over my portein and fiber everyday... i just wanted to know if it really made a difference...

    No, not bad at all. Actually the number MFP sets is low anyway. Just be sure that you're drinking more water when you're eating more fiber.

    IMO it's probably a good thing. My doctor recommends that I eat more protein and fiber than the settings on mfp.

    It's not bad to go over either one. Your fiber is primarily coming from fruits/vegetables and there's really no limit on the number you can eat. The recommended protein amount is low by some people standards. Many people (weightlifter types) recommend 1 g of protein per pound of body weight. So you're in good shape.

    Protein and fiber are probably two of the best things to go over. The default setting for protein is very low (15% I believe). You can safely double or even triple that number. As for fiber, you will know if you are eating too much of it if you're spending most of your day running to the washroom! The protein and fiber settings should be looked upon more as minimum goals, whereas the fat and carbohydrate goals should be viewed as maximums. That's my opinion, anyways.
