I'm Megan. I'm 18 and I've been trying to get fit forever it seems like. I'm 5'1.5, and about 154 lbs. My goal weight is 130 or less. For fun I like to dance. I take ballet and jazz on Mondays and lyrical and hip hop on Thursdays. I'm trying my best to eat healthy but...it's super hard haha. I need some friends on here to help me. If you have any tips for eating healthy or fun excersizes let me know!

    Stick with it and it will get easier. Iv'e even seen some difference just in the two weeks I've changed my eating habits. But it's a change in eating habits, not a diet. So if you are prepared for that, then you should do great. Good luck!!!!
