I was hoping to get some music suggestions for my work outs. Music can be so motivational!
I am open to a wide range of music, as long as it's upbeat and gets me moving!

So what are some of your favorites?

    Hedley,
    Ellie Goulding,
    Aerosmith,

And I agree with ALL will.i.am stuff...

Lately I've been listening to hatebreed during my more intense workouts. It's metal but the perseverance album is very motivational, especially their title song "perseverance". Awesome stuff

Black Stone Cherry - (anything by them)
    Linkin Park - (anything...)
The Pretty Reckless - (Going to Hell)
3 Doors Down - (earlier albums - any songs)
    Royal Blood - Little Monster

Pretty much any rock / metal I guess.

Also loving "The Motivational Man" on youtube / sound cloud. He does 45ish minute mixes across loads of genres. Well worth checking out for non-stop mixes.

Also - the House mix workout on Spotify. Some awesome beats on there to pound the trainers too.

Try Workout Mixes by Steady130 at www.steadymixes.com. I got tired of trying to constantly update my workout playlists and now these mixes are the only things I listen to when working out. They're sorted by genre or tempo, depending on what you want!

There's an app that will give you music suggestions based on your heart rate and rate of speed, I don't have it on me but google it!...One song that always gets me moving is "Shake Senora" by Pitbull!
