The last couple of nights I've been doing Campbell's Homestyle Light soups. Well, Today I'm out of soup haha. I've already put into my diary all my food for the day except dinner. What do y'all recommend. My Diary should be open.

Nothing specific that's the fun part. I'm open to try anything so what is your go to Dinner meal? I'm going to the grocery store tonight too.0 -
Why is your daily goal so low? You seem to be left with about 200-300 for dinner, but I only looked at a couple days.0

with only about 200-250 left I'd eat a salad with some protein on it (I love me a good steak salad and it's low cal and filling)0

It was the default setting. If I feel like i'm not getting enough I will increase it 100 at a time. After exercise everyday the calories will change to about 14550 -
I love your ticker!
For me dinner is typically some lean protein (chicken, steak, shrimp, chicken sausage, fish) and veggies.0 -

My go-to dinner is a stirfry of some sort. What about some chicken, broccoli, carrots and squash with soy sauce? That would be fairly low calorie.0
