so I decided to start t25 with the idea of weight loss I have put on some weight not much but would like to be about 5lbs slimmer to debloat the belly before bathing suit season I am 29 5'2 1/2 and 145
normally I lift and circuit train but I decided maybe I needed more cardio.... well 3 1/2 weeks in and no weight loss infact probably a lb or 2 of gain! I eat between 1600-1900 calories im thinking all cardio isn't a good thing but you would think when you burn 220 calories in 20 minutes youd lose something I haven't even lost inches!!!! advice please !

Some people have noticed that it takes until Beta to start seeing results. That doesn't mean it's not working though, it just means that with every workout you're getting closer and closer! Maybe try sticking closer to 1500 - 1600 calories and see what happens? Weight loss is honestly more about nutrition than exercise and you sometimes have to play around with the numbers!

I am currently in Beta phase right now 2 weeks in. I saw results in Alpha but really not until I was at 4 weeks. I went shopping and realized I was a dress size down. The scale really didn't change at all and i only took my waist measurement. I have seen more changes with Beta but I think I was gaining muscle in Alpha. I do think you need decrease your calorie intake a bit. I have been eating about 1400 calories net, give or take 200 daily and I weigh 161 now 5ft 4 inches. I would try cutting your calorie intake too. Good luck! Keep at it!0

With a program like T25 where you are active daily working your muscles sometimes it takes a break from doing it to really see the loss. When you are done with the program and take 3-4 days off of doing it you will lose some of the swelling in your muscles and you will see a weight loss also.0
