Bye winter weight!

I started out this spring feeling awful. I had gained A LOT over this miserable winter. I was even over my original starting weight from a couple years ago. Talk about depressing.

16 days ago I stopped eating grains, sugar, meat, dairy and alcohol. I'm definitely NOT starving myself (I've even gone over a few days). But I AM being honest with my logging and assessing if I am hungry or bored. I am eating lots of fresh veggies and fruits and healthy fats.

I've been biking and lifting too!

And I've dropped just over 10 lbs.

I'm pleased. That is all.

    I have had the exact same experience myself this winter--it's VERY slowly coming off, but it is...a bit at a time.
