MOTIVATION

WAS IT HARD FOR ANYONE ELSE TO START CUTTING BACK ON PORTION SIZE OF FOOD OR GETTING IN HABIT OF EXERCISE EVERYDAY. ANY TIPS??

    In response to exercising every day, I just did it. I chose a program (30 Day Shred fitness DVD) and just stuck with it till the end. At the end of it, I was addicted to working out. It continued for about 4 months after that. Then I needed to find motivation again. Being on MFP always motivates me to workout and eat better. I can't say I've cut back on portion sizes... I eat several small meals throughout the day, and that's how it will always be.
  • I'm doing the Brazilian Butt Lift and joined a challenge group at the end of April. It has kept me accountable, motivated me, inspired me, and given great clean eating tips/recipes. I decided I would start hosting challenge groups. Let me know if you are interested!
