Smack the Snack!

I am a new member on this community, and am very glad I discovered it.
I have been tracking my slow but steady progress through last 1 week...
One of the things that has worked miracles for me in this thus-far short journey, is cutting down on my snacks. I was in the habit of constantly munching something all evening, in between meals not realizing that even those little intakes add a lot of cumulative calories. Now I have restricted my snacks to about 150-200 cal strictly, and have found that keeping up with the daily calorie restriction is not that tough after all...that is if you eliminate the sneaky offender ...smack that snack!

You can also get the 100-cal snacks in crackers or cookies. I found that if I eat one of those and drink some water or crystal light, I'm ok until next meal.0

I had no idea the amount of extra calories I was taking in eating healthy snacks that add up quick. This site is an eye opener for me since I am now tracking all my food.0
