At 16 I was 199 pounds now at 19 I'm 154 (and losing) I still have belly and back fat. Yes it's shrunken down but it's still big and flabby. When will I see a flat tummy and no back fat? My goal weight is 130. I'm so close to my goal but I feel like giving up sometimes because I still look overweight.
p.s
I went on fitwatch.com and it said my weight loss percentage was
22.61%

It's impossible to know how much BF you have lost because you haven't provided a 'before' value.
Body fat is taken by the body globally and not locally so you will lose back and belly fat by losing fat overall. If you lose 24 lbs you will see significant results (providing you take pictures).

Your body composition will help determine how your body looks when you're all done with the weight loss portion too -- so strength training can really help with that if you're concerned with being less flabby, as it allows the muscles underneath that flab to shine through and as the fat is burned, they are there to look awesome.
Also, with so little to lose, don't expect overnight results - slow and steady and stay the course.0 -
All that being said, I have lost 30lbs and barely been able to tell, then lost another 10 and the difference is shocking. I bet the last 24lbs will really make a huge difference.0

Just keep making slow and steady progress. I have reached my goal and am maintaining now. I feel great and like the new me. The change is most dramatic when you get close to your bodies proper weight. Do start some exercises to tone muscle now and it should help with the losing too. This week I went out to check some work sites and at each one I heard the same thing "what happened to you?" I alway thought the weight was in my "gut" but it was all over because even people that pull up next to me in the car comment "You lost weight". Keep going and you will make it, it is so worth it.0

It is different for each person because your body will burn the fat wherever, however, and whenever it sees fit. As long as you are losing in a healthy and sustainable manner then give yourself credit. You might want to consider strength training because it burns calories and preserve muscle mass. This will give you a more tone look.0

Is it necessary to do cardio with strength training exercises?
I am thinking about starting this one

Even at my thinnest, my tummy isn't flat. I've got a little poof there. I will still wear spanx to get that flat appearance. My sister is a size 0 and she still has a tummy poof too. I think some of it is genetics.0

At 5'2", I lost my back fat after I went below 130. I was so thrilled to lose it!
I'm pretty much maintaining now (120-125) but being that I've given birth to 3 children, I think I'll always have a little belly.0 -

No, it isn't necessary. However, it is important to understand that when you are losing weight on cardio and calorie deficiency alone, you are also losing lean muscle mass. Therefore, strength training will preserve lean muscle mass while burning calories as well.
The video looks fine just start slow and add on over time.0 -
It's hard to see results straight away. I tend to get more critical of myself when I'm losing weight. Just be patient. Ignore what you don't see immediately and think about what has improved.0
