Fit bit

I just bought the Fitbit Flex... and already I am in love. It is really helping me t figure out how active I am really being throughout the day and how much sleep I am getting. Anyone else have a Fitbit or a similar device? Do you like it?

    I love my Flex! It really does motivate me. I can't sleep without all of my lights flashing!

    I started wearing one a little over a month ago for a walk-a-thon fundraiser that I was doing, and I won't give it up. It certainly motivates me to be more active. Sometimes I'll just dance around my home to get to a certain number of steps by the end of the day.

    I have a Flex and when I take it off to charge it, I feel naked.

    I have the FitBit Force (no I did not send mine back in because I did not develop a reaction to it). I really enjoy it. It helps motivate me to get those 10K. What I like about the Force is the ability to count flights of stairs.
