How long will quiche stay good for?

I made mini quiche using eggs, turkey bacon, spinach, and cheese in muffin tins. They turned out really well, but I am one person. I would like to keep making these, as they are high protein and fairly low calorie, but if they only stay good for a day or so, I will have to cut the recipe in half or a third. Thanks

I made something similar that I had in the fridge for 3/4 days and they were ok, but good advice from peraverde in freezing them!0

I make a pieplate-sized crustless quiche cut into six servings, and it lasts just fine refrigerated for the 6 days it takes to use it up. Experiment with freezing just one of your quiche muffins to see if it changes texture, before you freeze a whole batch.0

Oh well 3 days would be as long as I'd keep them, maybe 4 days. They taste fine today, so as long as they are cooked all the way through I should be fine. Thanks!0
