Hi!

I need to reduce my protein intake. I need to eat under 20 carbs a day and under 74 protein per day.

Does anyone know any Low-Carb, Low-Protien and High-Fat dinner recipes?

PS It has to be at least somewhat filling. I can't live off of bullet proof coffee alone...

Thanks!

I think realistically the only way you're going to reduce that much is if you go get lab-food. I did the ketosis thing and had about 40 g of carb a day and stayed in ketosis. I ate protein like it was candy as long as it was lean.

As for the food....I used ideal-protein products.

When I tried out Keto, I made the mistake of not really measuring the amounts of fats and proteins I was getting. But here's what I had and it made me feel full for a good few hours.

Salmon (smoked or how ever you prefer) - Cooked in olive oil
Butter on top of le Salmon
    2 cups mixed salad
Protein shake mixed with water + double cream (tastes quite nasty but hey, it worked)
  • I don't have any nice recipes, because I tend to cook fast and easy. (love anything with garlic) I eat one meal a day with any type of cheese. It has less protein than meat/chicken etc. I also always eat half a plate of veggies with my protein because it fills up.

Go to www.ruled.me There are a lot of recipes there that should fit your macros. Just off the top of my head, try the keto paprika chicken but use chicken thighs instead of breast.

Here are a few sites I really like:

I would also suggest checking out the Keto and Low Carber groups. Great ideas and like minded people.
