Best multivitamin gummi?

Swallowing pills makes me gag, but I can totally get down with the chewable candy-like stuff (I knowww, I'm like a kid :embarassed: ). Does anyone have a recommendation for a high quality multivitamin in gummi form?

Have you been diagnosed with a specific deficiency? If not, you don't need to bother with supplementing with vitamins.

I buy a bulk size of Vitafusion at Costco. They taste good and I'm much more successful chewing those vs. trying to psych myself up for downing a huge tablet in the AM.

@FunkyTobias thanks for the info. I had heard this too but also was told that while getting a bunch of random vitamins is not a good idea, a good multivitamin can't hurt..

I take two One-A-Day Women's multivitamin chews every day. I don't eat as many veggies as I should, so I feel better about myself when I take a vitamin - even if I'm just peeing all of it out. They're tasty, so I don't mind.
