HI guys,
I'm trying out a new "Biggest Loser" style weight loss programme of having a high-calorie day once a week where I re-set my goal to "maintain my current weight" and spend those calories, giving me a bit of a treat, but it's a controlled one...
After that, I will re-set to "lose 2lbs a week" and go from there, in the hope that it will keep my metabolism guessing as to what's going on and help it work harder to help me lose weight...
Has anyone tried something like this before, and does it work?

I've done weight watchers before where I've been good all week and stuck to my daily points and then on the weekends ate more than usually and used my "flex points" and I had better results at losing weight that way than when I was good on the weekends too.0

I've never heard of that, but it sounds like a good way to keep your body guessing!0
