Just wanted to send out a quick progress pic. Been working on this for awhile.

Starting weight around 248 now around 208, want to be down around 195. That is my goal for now.

I have body shots as well, but I waiting till I am done with gamma phase of T25

    Nothing really. Just started tracking what I eat. doing a bit of exercise to start.

    Now I am working out like crazy, and running daily. I don't eat CLEAN< but I create a defecit daily.

    I have been thinking about losing weight for awhile then last summer started eating better and that helped. Then in January I quit smoking and started ramping up to working out. Then around April is when I really hit my exercise bug.

    This site is amazing for information and support. I have LEARNED a TON

    People ask me what I am doing and I really tell them - track what you eat and you will lose weight. I am just like everyone else, it never comes off fast enough. But I am in no rush anymore. This is a lifestyle not a diet.
