NSV Running Milestone

I ran the mile, for the first time ever, under 15 minutes. I managed 14:42.

I remember in High School and Middle School being unable to 'make' the Presidential Fitness Test. The run was the -only- thing I couldn't qualify for as you were required to run it in less than 15 mins.

Can only improve from here!

Wonderful. Keep up the good work! I actually was able to run the first mile of a recent 5K without stopping for 15 steps of active recovery last month. That was a first in years. Actually got a little runners high from that moment.
