Finding it hard to eat enough calories!

Never thought I would say that. But I am eating really clean, cut out all fast food and soda. I'm starting to think I might be under eating. I am 6'0 276 I have lost a little over 20 pounds in under a month. Is that too fast?? I do a lot of exercise because I love going to the gym. I lift three days on one day off every week and do cardio every day ( I burn 500 calories). I'm probably eating about 1600 calories a day. I don't really log on my fitness pal very much, usually I will just go on there to find out the macros and then I will write it down (old school way lol). I'm not hungry which is surprising to me. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I'd definitely say you are under eating, especially burning 500 calories in a workout. You need to eat those calories back. A 20 lb weight loss in a month's time is WAY too fast.0

I think you might be eating too little. You need the calories to fuel your workouts. How did you come up with 1600 cals a day?
this thread was very helpful for me when I first joined MFP:

Thats what I was afraid of MFP gave me a calorie goal of 2600 calories based on all the working out I do. That just seems like WAY too much0

You lift 3 days a week and cardio every single day.... 2600 calories sounds about right imo.
You might be eating more than 1600 calories too. Do you weigh your portions? With that much working out, you really need to eat food to fuel those workouts.
This group has great, useful information regarding eating "more" to weigh less:

Here's another one. I like it because it's so simple and after 2+ years and over 70lbs lost, the numbers are still spot on for me! http://scoobysworkshop.com/accurate-calorie-calculator/0

Eat more fats. Or get yourself a jar of bp and a spoon. Drink shakes.0
