hungrier than normal

I have my calories set around 1500, then my macros are 30c/30f/40p
I've had success with this and usually I find that I am plenty satisfied. This week though I've been hungrier, I've eaten mostly over 1500 5 days out of 7 for the week, and I feel pretty guilty about it!! I've still been under my maintain but I just don't understand where the hunger came from. This week would be my ovulation week, so is that to blame or coincidence? I've done pretty good with my macros except for today, I ended up with 50% fat.. instead of 30% ... I am feeling the guilt! Even though it was healthy fat :-/

I don't think that I can delete the original post, so I'm just going to update. I upped my calories to 1800 and I'm doing better, not feeling as hungry.. or coincidence it could have just been that time of the month.. I have read ovulation can do that. I am also trying to not beat myself up about being 100% on my macros.. as long as it evens out by the end of the week, or close to it then I am good!

don't listen to the TV; fat is good for you. I wouldn't live off of it, but your body does need it.

I eat more fruit and veggies; more volume and less calories. I would also drink more water. Maybe try adding some citrus to your water to make it more appealing

I totally get hungrier around that time. Also, you might try eating more fiber and protein. They'll make you feel fuller, and it's good for you, too! Make sure you drink lots of water, too.
