Snacking after midnight

Options
I just had some bread and hummus - was lying in bed and suddenly felt hungry having not eaten since half 4 that afternoon, so caved and had something. Would you add that to the previous day's diary or today's?

I'd personally rather go over for the previous day than leave myself short for the new day.

I think it sneaks in just under for the day without pushing over, and I don't mind it in the new day either :) I am resigned to not losing/not losing much this week, I reckon!

I don't consider it a new day until after I've slept. I keep odd hours (usually get to bed around 3am and up around 11am). So, for me at least, eating after midnight counts for the "previous" day.

If it was me, I use sleep as my "day divider". I hate starting the new day with a lower-than-normal calorie goal.

as I weigh in daily, I basically say anything that is before the time I weigh in at is the day before. Makes it easier for analyzing the data.

In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter either way though.
