How many calories in Ben and Jerry's?

I went to ben and jerry's and got a kid-size cup of sweet cookies and cream. it was one (fairly sizable) scoop. Any rough estimates as to how many calories I should log?

    1/2 c of Ben and Jerry's cookies and sweet cream ice cream has 220 calories. I searched for you in the MFP food data base...

    Google search came up with an answer on Chacha. It says it's 3.3 ounces for a kid's cup.

    in the UK the Ben and Jerry's staff are taught that one scoop should be 84g.
