You need to start lifting, you can lose as much weight as you want but without strength training you'll end up skinny-fat.0

Not true. At all. "Skinny fat" means that a person is in a normal weight range, but has a high body fat percentage.
If a person keeps cutting fat, even if they have relatively lean muscle mass, they will eventually not end up "skinny-fat". This is why starving, emaciated people eventually look very leaned out, despite their muscle loss. Check the photos of participants in the infamous Minnesota Starvation Experiment and tell me how "skinny-fat" those men looked.
Don't want to look "skinny-fat"? Cut your body fat levels very low.
Want to look like a greek adonis statute? Lift heavy, build muscle, then cut your body fat levels very low.0 -
Don't worry about the scale. You should start lifting weights instead of so much cardio. Be patient, give it a few months and you'll look great without dieting.
At 60-65kg I'm sure you would be too skinny(that's a weight good for a girl you height!). My husband is ~67 at 1.80m and he is pretty skinny0 -

Thanks for the correction.
I just assumed from his stats and his photo that lifting would be better then continually losing weight.
OP I am seemingly wrong, please ignore.0 -
