Hi, I have used MFP on and off for a while now, but am seriously wanting to stick to it. I have been using it fully for the last 2 weeks, and finding that im hungry all of the time. I have given up most of the foods I enjoyed before that were high calorie, and now feel constantly unsatisfied. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated......
I do a gym class 3 times a week, and take my dog out every day for 30-40 mins.
Breakfast is half a protein shake measurement (another half portion after the gym), and either wholemeal toast with peanut butter, scrambled egg with ham and wholemeal toast, or granola.
Lunch is usually a salad with either chicken, tuna, ham, or bacon and egg and a mini babybel light
Dinner varies at around 600 cals. Yesterday for example I had gammon steak with egg and stuffed flat mushroom.
Snacks are fresh fruit mid morning, and I have a Graze box around 4pm.
I am constantly drinking water, cut down on coffee.
My daily treat is a low cal hot chocolate at the end of the day
if I don't find a way to feel more satisfied, then I don't think this will last long. I just don't know what im doing wrong:frown: :frown: :frown: :frown:

Are you eating your calorie allotment, maybe it is to low? I hope that more experienced people on the board give you more advise. Just don't give up.0

Hi, yes I am using my calorie allowance, and adding my gym exercise to make sure I eat more the days I go. Taking so much will power not to gorge0

I'd suggest adding more protein-rich foods to your diet (lean meat, some cheeses, that kind of thing). Try to get closer to your protein goal. It is helping me feel more full at the end of day.0
