Back to the Iron (Lifter oriented)

Hey all. So I've spent the last year to year and a half slacking. I used to powerlift as a hobby and really been in a funk and working on getting back to it. My diet is horrible but I'll be working on that after I get my body used to lifting again.

I've studied Strength training for quite a few years so if anyone has any questions feel free to ask, and if my posts in my lifting blog stop for a few days feel free to shoot me a message and give me a swift kick.

Looking forward to getting back where I was.

Current Goals
300 Benchpress
400 squat
500 deadlift

Past 1RMs (1 rep maxes) Where I hope to get back to and pass.
360 Bench press
510 squat
585 Deadlift

(FYI if your looking for aesthetic advice "bodybuilding stuff" I'm the wrong person to come to. I lift to be strong, not look pretty)
