Sore knee... Need cardio advice

So, some tendinitis is flaring up in my knee. Probably from not warming up correctly before I hit the elliptical.
But I'm kind of obsessed with getting my cardio in at least 5x a week.
What is a good low(er) impact cardio exercise I can do to rest my knee? I have a whole gym!
Stationary bike better for my knee or no?

I had knee surgery about 5 years ago and now have tendonitis flare ups in that knee as well. I alternate stationary bike/eliptical for cardio and try to get in the hip strengthening exercises I learned in PT a few times a week. I am not good about doing them, but really should. Rowing machines also offer cardio that is low impact or swimming.0

Pool is your best bet.
Also, you need to focus on rehabbing it more than what exercises you can do. If you don't nip it in the bud it will continue to get worse. Stretching. Massage. FOAM ROLLER. Ice.0 -
instead of steady state, try Hiit. Also, wear a knee wrap.0
