    I made a big batch of this for the freezer. My favorite way to eat this was stuffed in bell peppers and sprinkled with a bit of shredded cheese. Yum!

    Making this tomorrow but with 1/2 cup of brown rice and then a bag of 'miracle rice' (0 calorie rice replacement), adding black beans and cilantro .... can't wait to try.

    When I tried to search for it in the database I couldn't find it. I copied and pasted the ingredients and it found all the ingredients but it's telling me 176 calories, 18 carb and 15 protein.
