I bought a dress in February and have only worn it the one time. I loved how it fit and looked on my body. Now, I am down 13 lbs (since I actually started keeping track in April anyhow) it's so baggy and way too big! I love and hate it! haha
I think I'll get it tailored once I reach my goal weight. ^_^7 -
I only indulged on four slices of Buddys pizza instead f 8. Wooo NSV!11

This may be too much information, but my trouble area has always been my "pouch", the area under your belly button and two things have happened regarding this: 1) my underwear no longer slips down (I don't know if anyone else has ever experienced this happening during the day), but it's in the same place I left it when I go home and get changed at night and 2) my significant other noticed how much smaller it was and told me, in a positive way of course, he now has much less to grab on to.9

I have cheekbones and a jawline for the first time in 20 years!!12

1. I won a small t-shirt and it fits
2. I survived almost 10 miles of hill repeats cycling on a hill that I couldn't make it up last year!13 -
I went to Walmart and my roommates all wanted to buy matching silly shirts. I have never been able to do that before because I always shop at plus size stores but I bought an extra large off the rack and it actually fit!! Also I am able to actually wrap a towel all the way around myself.9

I wanted to buy a sun dress now that my arms aren't big and I found one I loved.....in the junior section! I showed my 14 year old daughter and asked if I could wear it or was it too young for me, she said I rocked it and she was so proud of me.14

I went to the Goodwill to buy some "new" pants and can get into a 16! I thought they would have to wait til I'm at my goal...hmm maybe I'll make a 14! Go me!8

I'm so excited to have not one, but TWO NSV's:
1. This week's running, I noticed a new-found lack of painful jiggle around my belly and back when out jogging. Woo Hoo! Muffin top is shrinking! Less jiggle = more hotness, right?
2. Directly related to number 1, my first clothing NSV: I'm down one pants size. Sure, it's a "larger" size 8 than others, but it's an EIGHT! Single digits, here I come!14 -
I officially fit into a sz small/6. An yesterday I walked 12.2 miles in half the time it was estimated to take!10

Went to six flags on a field trip with my students and completely stayed on my diet. I didn't have one fried food or junk food for that matter. So proud of myself.22

Yesterday, I ran for 90 minutes without stopping! 8.2 miles- my longest run ever! If you had told me a year ago I'd be running that far, I would have called you a liar!12

I ran my 1.5 mile 32 seconds under time and my 300 meter sprint 2 seconds under time for my tests7

I went to the county park yesterday and walked all the trails I could find, I went for a total of just over 4 miles, I cannot even imagine trying that let alone completing that before.14

On Thursday I ran for 25 minutes straight for the first time in my life. One month ago I could barely run for eight minutes, and two months ago I had trouble going a full minute. :-D

Being able to wear a shirt I bought last year but it was too tight around my middle to wear. Since I discovered I can wear it, I've worn it three days in a row! (I did wash it in between though.)9

Put on a pair of size 20 pants expecting them to barely button and they actually fit comfortably! First time I've worn that size comfortably since 2007.11

Went to an improv comedy gig and the cast were passing out team t-shirts. I'd been happy in a Medium for months now, but on a lark I tried on a small - and not only did it fit perfectly, it looks AWESOME on me. Small's the way from now on.

Aside from finally fitting into my size ten jeans, I managed to hit level 14 on the stair master the other day! and I started on level 5! That, and I am managing to workout twice in a day for 2.30 hrs daily! I am not doing anything this summer (college student) so I have plenty of time to workout I'll be sad once school starts tho... 9

Went to store to waste time after doctor appointment and shorts that didn't fit two weeks ago now fit easily!
Also while cleaning out my closet two pairs of size 22 pants BOTH fit with no bulge or muffin top. I am thrilled.7 -
I was able to size down at Lululemon into a sz 10 sports bra..... a far cry from not even fitting there 6 months ago.7
