i went out of town this weekend to celebrate my friend's birthday and I received so many compliments about how good I looked! It felt good! Even her mom noticed

My mother took a picture without me noticing and commented on how "toned" I looked. It made my day considering how hard I had been working to lose weight.

I was able to run NONSTOP for a mile while pushing a stroller that is prob around 100 pounds felt so amazing hoping one day to run a 5k with the stroller :-) I used to dread the stroller and having to hear the girls fight but now they just sit back and enjoy the ride with a few fights here and there

I did Pilates yesterday and have felt my abs all day today.

I was able to fit into a size 24 shorts and new jeans today at Macy's that I actually LOVE.

I also noticed my profile no longer has the "fake baby bumo" as I call it - basically always had the bump that stuck out beyond my pants causing me to look pregnant in my profile. It's now basically non existent and my confidence has skyrocketed!

Also this is the outfit I bought today and love it

My only raincoat, which was given as a way-too-small gift, zipped today. It's snug, and I won't sit with it zipped, but what a victory!!!!

My walks are getting much faster, even though I feel like I'm moving sooooooooo slow! :laugh:

I won't have to go around naked this summer after all, as my summer clothes all fit quite nicely.

And the world breathed a huge sigh of relief.

I've always had a big butt (it's been compared to Kim Kardashian's ugh) and now it's lifted! Feels great to have a great butt haha But I'm still hoping it gets a little smaller!

I made it to the top of the hill during my C25K run. I couldn't walk a quarter of the way up it without giving up and going home a month ago (it's long and steep). I took a picture and sent it to my husband. :-D

Went and searched for my skinny jeans in the back of the closet..to see if they fit.. well surprise surprise.. they didnt fit.. they were too BIG LOL.

We had a working lunch at work (go figure huh) today. We had ordered the very best pizza in town....my personal fave..thin crust vegie. OMG this thing is sooooooo good. And........I had a piece of a corner piece and left it at that. Everyone asked, noticed or remarked. Many asked if I was pacing myself >>insert raucous laughter<< I just kinda smiled

Was able to wear my bestest most hopeful always longed for (for 2 years) red jeans...and they were baggy from hip to knees. I LOVED IT.

Along with that...I was able to SLIP into a pair of shoes id given up for dead 4 years or so ago. Now...they're a little loose too.

Getting up out of a desk chair with arms doesnt appear daunting anymore because I dont "get stuck" or have to squeeze in any longer.

..........and my overall flexibility is increasing almost daily it seems. Someone else mentioned earlier about that whole reach around thing while taking a shower....it's awesome that there isnt so much to "reach around"

Completed a 9.2 mile run/race up and down a mountain, and also didn't have to stop and take any breathers on the uphill parts. Also was oldest woman in the race, and was not LAST!! Hopefully can walk tomorrow, ha ha.:bigsmile:

I'm back to fitting into size 30 (size 10) jeans. Not perfectly, but I'm getting back there! Which means I'm nearly back to my "normal" jean size (normally about a 28/29)!!

I wore a new band t-shirt to the gym today; it's actually a bit small (I figured it would fit soon), but when I looked in the gym mirror I had a little "hey, I look better" moment.

I don't want to eat sweets! I don't crave them anymore. This is an awesome achievement.
