After being off here for several months and gaining back my losses, I'm back and feeling motivated again!

I walk a 4.7mile route and sometimes jog part way.
Since yesterday, I have jogged the WHOLE route..every single mile of it, and I am soooo pleased with myself.

jogged for 30 minutes straight for the first time in my life today. I tried on all my summer capris and shorts from last year, all of them way too big, I used to be poured into them, so I bagged them up and put them into a donation bin today. No scale movement for almost 4 months now so i need these victories!

Finally got over the 18 kg (40 pounds) "hump" on the lying-down dumbbell press (been doing that weight for weeks) and did 20 kg (44 pounds)!

I went shopping yesterday and bought a pair of size 16 navy pants, thinking I'd hang them on the bedroom door as inspiration to hang in there another month, and by the 4th of July I'd be able to wear them and look terrific. I looked at them hanging there and decided I'd better see how many inches too small they were, to keep myfocus.
They fit!!!

My NSV yesterday was by-passing the Women's section in my favorite department store and shopping in the Misses section. I haven't been able to do that for 20+ years.

Last week two people completely independently of each other (and without me asking) told me that I look very buff. For the girl who has always had spindly arms, a flabby tummy and hanging shoulders, that's a huge success!

Any more NSVs? Today my husband told me I look 10 years younger...which must mean I look 20 - haha! Anyway, loved the compliment and the fact that my husband has complimented me always no matter my weight.
