    Today I got in 3.7 Miles fast walk and a 1.3 Miles slow walk....yahooooooooooooooooooooooo

    I did manage too get in SIX MILES today. One 3.5 Mile walk with dogs with a walk/run combination. Also I mowed the lawn with a push mower. That gave me another 2.5 Miles....

    I am having a rough week HOWEVER I am managing too get in a walk. I know my girls appreciate it.....I just came too log my daily routine......

    Today was a really great day. Great, cool weather. Walked the girls twice and I got in a walk/run combination as well....

    Was away for a week. DID get in loads of difficult hiking in one of our State Parks...... Was humid and tiresome but I made it....

    Tuesday June 24th............6.25 MILES...
    Wednesday June 25th.......7.0 MILES.....
    Thursday June 26th............7.75 MILES...
    Firday June 27th.................7.50 MILES...
    Saturday June 28th.............6.75 MILES....
    Sunday June 29th................4.0 MILES.....

    (That would be 49.5 miles for THIS week)

    It has Rained all day. I've not had a day off from exercise in a very long time. Today will be the day off.
