I'm 5"8 & I weigh 231:( my goal is 135-140 pounds by October I want to be at my goal do you guys think this will happen do you guys have tips on dieting and exercise

Almost a 100 pounds by October of this year? That's a lofty goal. And I'm not entirely convinced it would be healthy to do so. Figure 1-2 pounds a week for healthy weight loss. You may be able to lose more than that right off the bat, but I agree with the other comment that suggests you would be best served by not setting a timeline to it.0
