    I have muscle spasms in my legs sometimes, and cramps, because I do not get enough potassium. Might try a potassium supplement. It will help. Sometimes you just have to let it run its course. Try soaking in a very warm bath with some Epsom salt as well. Helps a lot with the muscles.

    I've just got to have this on my feed.

    If it's a cramp, use Absorbine Jr. and massage. Run warm water over it to help relax it, it's what I have to do with my feet at night if I wear my 4" heels during the day.
