    Awesome ideas here!

I make turkey bacon wrapped bison balls with LC cheese.

Meatballs made out of: Bison(or beef in a pinch), green peppers, onions, Worcestershire sauce, and Montreal steak seasoning
Top with a dab of LC cheese, guacamole, and jalapeno
wrap in turkey back, skewer through and bake.

Y.U.M. I like to serve them with re-fried black beans. Rice would be a nice addition if you have the carb allotment to allow it!

I mix then into homemade polenta and use them to make a homemade Italian/creamed spinach.

I didn't realize there were so many flavours - where I live the groceries only carry the regular, light, cheddar, and herb sometimes. The blue cheese one piques my interest! Wish we had that here. Oh well, I'm in maintenance and eat real cheese most of the time. It just would be nice to have that option when I've had a bit too many fat grams for the day.

I used 3 "garden vegetable" LC wedges, added garlic, and dried onions.

Added to this is one diced and roasted medium anaheim pepper.

Got to add those veggies whenever possible. Refrigerate and use on sandwiches in place of pepper jack cheese slice.

Good gravy. I thought I was creative for putting mine on my sandwich to replace cheese AND mayo, lol  . To be honest, they're a little pricey for me to be using 3-4+ at a time in a recipe, but some of these look like really good ideas...and I MUST locate this cinnamon one someone mentioned.

Found the House Foods Shirataki at Marsh last night, so it looks like they don't have the full list of retail stores updated. I can't wait to try this!

My kids love this meal. We lightly toast individual pitas in the oven. Then we spread Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb on each pita and top with sautéed zucchini, onions, chicken or bacon and reduced fat mozzarella cheese. Pop them in the oven until they are warm and bubbly. Delicious and takes very little time to prepare.

I made this for lunch today at work. I added more of the spices and had to add salt to it and it actually came up to about 125 calories in my count, but I'm okay with that. I certainly wouldn't eat it all the time, but good for a switch-up.

Just made one the other night.

    Boneless/skinless Turkey Breast (Or chicken)
1 swiss cheese triangle per 1 breast
    French Fried Onions (French's)

    -Preheat oven to 375
-let cheese come to room temp so it is spreadable
    -Spead cheese onto meat
    -Place on a greased pan
    -Bake until done
-last 5 mins of cooking time, place 1 tablespoon of the French's French Fried Onions intop of meat and press into the melted cheese. (Can use broil setting to make cheese extra bubbly and brown before adding onions if you want.

Soo good, and low in calories.

    OMG that sounds delicious!
