    so quinoa made this healthy?

    im not sure i understand.

Judging only by single foods and not total diet, quinoa has more to offer than pasta.

A trap? I'm not sure what you mean.

it means that one who engages you finds themselves ultimately trapped in a never-ending argument.
i just don't have the energy for it today bctacos. perhaps another time.

Yeah. Okay, maybe not fiber if using whole wheat pasta. But more potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, folate. And a more complete protein profile.

But a delicious one, I'm sure. I'd take that over quinoa any day of the week. Can't stand that stuff.

And less Niacin, Thiamin, Pantothenic Acid and Manganese. I can single out items as well. And the "protein profile" isn't more complete...they offer the same essential and non-essential aminos, albeit in different, though similar, amounts.

Quinoa might offer more of some items than pasta, but you can turn that around as well. I happen to prefer my mac and cheese with pasta, but really don't care as long as there is bacon.
