Hi, I'm new to this site, have lost almost 60 lbs doing diet alone now on a excercise & eating routine to maintain my weight and hopefully lose about 10-15 more. I am looking for excercise ideas for a 55 year old man who hasn't really done much for excercise. I am currently doing 30 minutes on the treadmill & looking for some weight training that I should start on. I will be looking on the boards for ideas.
So far the site looks great & I hope to learn lots here.

  • I just started using my fitness Pal today and its great. I just want to say congratz on your weight loss , I have lost 31 and have 30 more to go. I joined curves and I always park at the end of the parking lot , you will be surprised how many steps you get from that.
