    she's not worth the effort. she doesn't agree with my life and doesn't feel i can do what i do. i wish her luck but i want no part of her. my mother taught me if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all. this is a lesson i feel we should all be taught.

    Great job what is funny is that i was in giant and I saw this magazine. anything with weight loss on it always catches my eye but I was next in line and did not have time to find the article so I put it down . Omg Im going to send you a request right now its so inspirational to me that you did it using my fitness pal.It just brings it home for me and reminds me that it is possible .
