A reason? Trans fats are all over our junk/fast food.

Yeah, that sounds like a digestive issue, not a type of food issue. And binging is a behavioral issue, not a type of food issue.0 -
if I was having that...problem. .I would be seeking a doctor asap
You should do some research, then! Seeing red after passing something too large is fine, if uncomfortable. It means, to get graphic, that your rectum wasn't ready to push out something large.
When it's bleeding all the time, or it's black and tarry, or even maroon, then you have a problem.0 -
Foggy-brain syndrome. Sugar makes it so hard to concentrate!0

Unless there is a medical need to restrict carbs/sugar/ect, there's no need to cut out "junk" food. You can eat it in moderation.
Now, if you are dealing with binging behaviors, it's best to talk to a doctor about that. If you cannot eat a food in moderation and are motivated by other means to overeat to the point that you are sick, that is something that needs to be address.
Labeling foods as "good" and "bad" isn't helpful either. Weight loss is about calories in, calories out. 500 calories worth of oranges is the same as 500 calories of potato chips.
In the meantime, I will continue planning out my breakfast of ice cream and fresh fruit tomorrow. I bid you good day.0 -

Well, if we're getting graphic, my family has a big history of Crohn's disease, and I can assure you that seeing red can also be a sign of waste tearing open fissures within the intestines. But even without a family history of rectal horror, if you're straining to the point where you're tearing yourself open like that, you need to see a doctor, because something is off in either your guts or your diet in general.0 -

Junk food is almost always high in empty carbs, which will spike your insulin and cause your body to store energy in your fat cells.0

Because it's tasty.
