youmesushi (UK) calories

Any lover of Youmesushi? Approximate calories for seafood ramen? There's quite a bit of noodles in there, but I've never tried to weight them and work out the calories..

    I guesstimate when I get sushi/pho/ect from the MFP database and what I find on Google. Probably going to be your best bet. If their calorie info is not on the website, no one's going to know the approximate calories for it. Not going to know the ingredients that go into it/how it's made/ect.

    you you ever had it you'd know it's just a few ingredients: noodles, pak choi, handful of seafood (prawn, squid. octopus and crabstick).

    Then you can guesstimate based on that.
    I don't live in the UK, so I've never had their food.
