I am trying to calculate a recipe of mine and can only find out the number of calories in a teaspoon of sugar, does anyone know what it has per cup or how to calculate the number of teaspoons into cups?

It's in the food database--just select "cup" as serving size.

3 tsps. in a tablespoons
I always google this type of stuff. There's tons of online converters that you just plug in one measurement and it gives you the others. I hate it when stuff is only listed as grams :grumble:0 -
there are 3 tsp in a Tbs, so there would be 16 Tbs. in a cup.0

What are you making. It sounds like a lot of calories in sugar, could you substitute splenda?0
