Anyway, I'm 5'10 my current goal is 150. We'll see if I like the way I look when I get to that number.0 -

I'm a smidge over 5'10" and my original goal weight was 165. Today I'm 166 and I think I might try for another 10 pounds. After a long stall I've returned to running and the scale is moving again, so I think it's possible. The only reason I chose 165 was because it was my high school graduation weight. But I'd like to lose more tummy fat and get down another pant size before I stop.0

I 5'9 1/2", 157 pounds and want to lose about 15 pounds. I was down to 147 before having my last baby and still had quite a bit of flab. I guess I mainly needed to tone up. I need to hurry though. I tend to get pregnant when the baby is around a year or so (I have a pretty reliable track record) old and his birthday is in two weeks!0

I'm just a half inch shy of 5'10" !
But I'm currently at 176 (I weighed myself several days ago, though). I really just want to see a decrease in fat and an increase in muscle. Target weight is 167 I think? Nine pounds of fat loss for me equals a body fat percentage of 21.5% which is my current goal. I'm not too preoccupied with the actual number of it haha. I felt my best three summers ago when I was doing several hours of yoga per day. Trying to get back to feeling healthy and energetic!0 -
I am a little over 5'10''. Currently I am very slowly going down and am at 299lbs. My goal is 188lbs. I know that I will still be overweight according to the BMI at that weight. I know I can reconsider at that point if I want more then to feel better, but for now that is enough of a goal and one I believe is possible! What you can believe, you can achieve!0

I'm 6'1" with a broad build, heavy natural muscle composition and bone density, goal weight is 215... If I can ever get there. Started at almost 500.

I'm 5'10" and my goal is 170. Ultimately, I would love to see if I could get down to 153 (which would equal a 100 lb. loss) but I think I would be perfectly happy maintaining at 170.0

have been 142..that was great..but ideal? 135.. but I think thats not realistic..I know what i have to do to maintain even 145..
and wait, I used tobe 5 ft 9 and 3/4 and now am only 5 8 1/2 so I dont really even fit in here.!0
