Just signed up. My size and lack of physical stamina is interfering with the person I want to be. I have a one year old grandson and I want to be vital and active for him. I want to be vital and active for me, too.

I joined today, and I am hoping to have a great success doing so!
ive been counting calories, but this will help me much more!
I am 19 and very obese...too young to be this big and feel this tired,
my doctor says I have to lose weight or ill have a heart attack.
& I will not be able to conceive children if I don't lose weight.
ive struggled with my weight since I was younger,
its just never been this bad. so if anyone would like to be my friend,
id love to be your friends as well, need as much support as possible!!

If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal
