    I lost 100lbs before an "after"

    I use after lightly because I'm still working on it, however I am proud of how far I've come! Feel free to add me I'm always looking for new friends!

    I did it by following the simple theory of eating less calories than I burn. I did Leslie Sansone DVDs, Zumba, kick boxing, and weight lifting (stronglifts 5x5.) bringing my lunch and having plenty of snacks as well as trying several different recipes for variety was a big help. I would bulk up meals with veggies and dress up chicken, since it is a lean meat with high protein that can easily take on any flavor.
