So the best chicken ever (I got it off this site..I don't take credit!)

    4-6 chicken breasts
    1 jar salsa
1 can cheese soup (Campbells is what I use)

IN the bottom of your slow cooker lay the chicken. Pour salsa over. Pour condensed soup over (don't dilute). Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.

    So easy and sooooo yummy!

I add onions + peppers to this, and nix the soup. Then about an hour before it's done I add 12oz of corn and 1 cup of black beans, shred the chicken and add 1 packet of taco seasoning. Truly awesome. Serve with tortillas and light sour cream (and guac/cheese if you like!). Very tasty!

I have also used the Salsa chicken recipe. Another way you can make it is by adding taco seasoning on top of the frozen chicken in the crock-pot with a jar of salsa. Then when it's done- you can mix in a little low-fat sour cream. The chicken can be shredded with a fork when done and used for tacos/quesadillas or any other chicken dish. Love this recipe!

I use usually use Tilapia insteda of Flounder with this receipe. I also use the 2% cheese.

    2/3 C. sliced green onions
    1/2 C. sliced mushrooms
2 lb. flounder or sole (enough for six)
    1 t. dried marjoram (I sprinkled w/ground)
    Salt and pepper
2 Tbs. dry white wine or chicken broth
1/4 C. shredded Mexican cheese blend
1/4 C. soft bread crumbs (I sprinkled w/canned bread crumbs)
2 Tbs. melted buttter or margarine

Sprinkle onions and mushrooms in a 13x9 pan coated with cooking spray.
Arrange fish over vegetables, overlapping the thickest end of fish over the
thin end. Season with marjoram, salt and pepper. Pour wine or broth and
lemon juice over fish. Cover with cheese and bread crumbs; you may drizzle
with butter if desired at this point. (I forgot that part). Bake,
uncovered at 400 degrees for 10-12 min. or til fish flakes easily with a
    fork.

Yes it's in the database- it will just ask you to be specific about these items, such as brands/labels and you have to know how much of each you put in.
